Officer Cass Clark

As a trusted and honorable member of the Pendleton Police Department, Bali works diligently with his handler, Officer Cass Clark.  Officer Clark has been with the Pendleton Police Department since May of 2016.  K9 Bali and Officer Clark completed a 260 hour training course through Howling Creek defense. Officer Clark and K9 Bali are a certified patrol team through the Oregon Police Canine Association (OPCA). K9 Bali is trained in criminal apprehension, tracking and article search for physical evidence. Additionally, Officer Clark and K9 Bali train regularly  with other regional K9 teams.
