Background Checks

If you are going overseas, adopting a child from another country, etc., you may obtain a record check on yourself available at no charge.  We also will try to assist Volunteer Organizations, Sports teams, Landlords, etc., with information as adult arrests and/or citation information is available for any person, but keep in mind the record only contains information on file with the Pendleton Police Department. This means we cannot release the files of other police agencies or run national records checks for you.

Additional criminal history information may be obtained from the State of Oregon. Please refer to the following website for inquiries as to what information is available and the appropriate forms or procedures to obtain this information.
