Utility Billing

The City of Pendleton has nearly 5,800 utility customers. The Finance Department is responsible for producing and collecting utility billings, processing service requests, maintaining customer records, and handling customer complaints. Utility Bills are typically generated on the 15th and mailed by the 20th. Payment is due by the 10th of the following month.

 

City customers can pay your bills online by clicking here or clicking on the "Pay Online" button above.  We have posted instructions for registering your account on the website. Customers can pay their bill over the phone by calling 1-877-386-6122 as well as sign up for Text2Pay via our phone payment system. When signing up for Text2Pay, customers will receive a text message when they have a new bill available to pay. Simply reply "Pay" to make a payment with your saved payment method.
