Boards and Commissions
The City of Pendleton cannot do the important work of a municipal government without the help of its many citizen volunteers. Many of these volunteers serve as members of the City's various boards, committees and commissions.
Most of these boards, committees and commissions were formed by City Ordinance or Resolution and serve the Council long-term. Occasionally, an ad-hoc committee may be formed for a temporary and specific purpose, and the service ends with the completion of the assignment.
