Payment Arrangements

  • If you cannot pay in full at the time of your appearance, the Court will allow you to make monthly payments.  Payment plans are authorized based on review of financial circumstances and previous payment history.  If you are on a payment plan, a one-time additional fee could be added to your account.
  • The following conditions apply for payment plans:
    • Monthly payments are required.
    • Monthly payment amount will be based on the total amount due and your ability to pay.
    • Missed payments could result in your account being sent to collections, where additional fines and fees could be added.

If you are unable to pay, please contact court staff at 541-966-0301 prior to the payment due date.
