Instructions for making a payment online:

  1. You will need to sign in using your email and password
  2. Don’t have an account? Click here to set up an account.
  3. Items Needed to set up an account
  • Email Address
  • Password
  • Name
  • Phone Number

If creating a new account, a verification email well be sent to the email provided. You must open the email and confirm your email address.

Once creating an account, you will need to link your City account to your recently created profile. (Step-by-Step Instructions) 

  • Customer Account Number: 5 digit number listing on the invoice. 
  • Last Payment Amount: For a new account with no payment history, enter $0
    • If you have made payments to the City of Pendleton before and don’t remember your last payment, please contact us to get that information.
