FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

DATE: February 17, 2021, 12:01 pm

FROM: City Manager Robb Corbett

Pendleton, Ore. — The City of Pendleton is performing daily monitoring of the conditions which could lead to flooding along the waterways inside the City.

There is currently no flooding predicted in the foreseeable future.

Given the amount of snowfall we received over the past several days, it is likely we will see local flooding of streets caused by melting snow overwhelming the City’s stormwater systems.  Citizens can help by clearing storm drainages.  If you see street flooding please contact the City of Pendleton or Umatilla County Dispatch at 541-966-3651
