Charles Byram

Chief Byram has served with the Pendleton Police Department since March of 2000. He was raised in the Pendleton school system, graduating in 1992 and attended Blue Mountain Community College. Chief Byram holds a bachelor's degree in criminal justice administration and is a graduate of the Oregon Executive Development Institute. Chief Byram is a certified Drug Recognition Expert and a Standardized Field Sobriety Test instructor.
