  2. Request by the Chamber to continue the parking and tent program during the week of Round-Up.


  3. Pendleton Round-Up request to reserve Roy Raley Park on September 11, 2013 for the annual Family Day Barbecue.


  4. Pendleton Round-Up request to block all traffic into Roy Raley Park and 12th Street September 10 through 15th for various Indian Contests.


  5. Staff Report and Recommendation to approve the Special Transportation Fund Services Agreement with Umatilla County.


  6. Staff Report and Recommendation to approve Resolution No. 2541 to adopt Investment Policy.


  7. Staff Report and Recommendation to approve Resolution No. 2533-2539 to renew seven Inter Fund Loans.

    1. Second Reading and Consideration of Ordinance No. 3840 to Rezone 97 acres from EFU to R-1 Low Density Residential.

    1. Staff Report and Recommendation to award bid for the City Shop Remodel Project to Michael Becker General Contractor for $154,777.



  1. NEW BUSINESS


    1. First reading of Ordinance No. 3836 Legislative amendments - Adoption of Periodic Review amendments to Comprehensive Plan.

    2. Staff Report and Recommendation to approve Resolution No. 2540 to authorize the City Treasurer to borrow up to $65,000 for Interfund Loan to fund library operations.

    3. Staff Report and Recommendation to consider transfer of library funds to Pendleton Friends of The Library for OCF investment.

    4.  Staff Report and recommendation to adopt Resolution No. 2520 establishing fees for Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances.
