      1.    Accept the minutes of the June 4, 2013 City Council meeting.

  1. Executive Session pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(e) real property; and ORS 192.660(2)(h) litigation.
  2.  Request to close SE 8th Street between Dorion and Emigrant for St Mary’s Church pic-nic on July 14th, for movement between church and park.
  3. Request to close 200 block of Main Street for motorcycle parking and shopping, Friday July 26th from 6pm to 10pm.
  4. Staff Report and Recommendation to adopt Resolution 2529 Extending the City of Pendleton’s Workers Compensation Coverage.
  5. Staff Report and Recommendation for Mayor’s signature to authorize ODOT’s 5310 Purchase Services for older adults and people with disabilities contract.
  6. Staff Report and Recommendation for Mayor’s signature to authorize ODOT’s Small City and Rural Areas Transit Assistance Grant Agreement.

  1. Staff report and first reading of Ordinance No. 3837 to remove fees from zoning and subdivision ordinances.
  2. Staff Report and Recommendation to adopt Resolution No. 2530 authorizing the increase in budget appropriations through a budget transfer.
  3. Staff Report and Recommendation for Mayor’s signature to approve Resolution No. 2531 amending water rates
  4.  Staff Report and Recommendation for Mayor’s signature to approve Resolution No. 2532 amending water rates
