Hot sauce fills bottles at Barhyte Specialty Foods in Pendleton.  The manufacturer of specialty sauces and condiments has dramatically increased its business in the past few years by automating many production processes.  The manufacturing upgrades were made possible in part with financial support from the Horizon Project, a local economic growth program.
