Planning Commission Materials
The information provided in this link is primarily for Planning Commission (member) use and training, but it may be helpful for any community member.
The general public is discouraged from contacting Planning Commissioners directly regarding any item scheduled for a public hearing.
All information relating to a Planning Commission agenda item should be forwarded to Planning Department staff, who will then forward it to all Commission members.
If you wish to submit printed information to the commission less than seven days prior to a scheduled meeting, please present it as testimony at the hearing. If you are bringing printed materials or any other evidence for presentation to the Commission, please bring a minimum of ten copies for distribution to all Commission members and City staff for the record. Please include your name and mailing address on any information submitted.
