The City of Pendleton is pleased to announce it has been awarded the Energy Trust of Oregon 100% Grant to complete energy audits for many of our facilities.

What started out as us just installing solar panels at a water treatment plant in 2007 has lead to Pendleton, Oregon now having the most solar installations per capita in the Northwestern U.S.  Between our municipal programs “Solarize Pendleton” and “Weatherize Pendleton”, we’ve become sustainability pioneers in the region.  We hope to inspire others to do the same.
