The Pendleton Convention Center Commission is 11 members appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by Council; 1 representative each from:  City Council, School District 16-R Board, Blue Mountain Community College Board, Parks & Recreation Commission, Happy Canyon Foundation Board, Happy Canyon Company, Chamber of Commerce Board, motel member of Transient Room Tax Review Committee, Round-Up Association Board, Umatilla County Historical Society, 1 member-at-large appointed by the Mayor, and 2 ex-officio members; not more than 7 living outside city limits; 3 year terms; expiring in Decemb

The Parks & Recreation Commission is composed of 7 members appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by Council and 5 ex-officio members; 4 year terms; expiring in December each year; 1 ex-officio member to be from the School Board and 1 from the Planning Commission.(Ordinance No. 2368)

The Capital Improvements Program Commission is 7 members appointed by the Mayor and approved by the Council; 1 member each from:  Parks & Recreation Commission, Budget Committee, Planning Commission; 1 member from each Council ward; 1 member-at-large; 4 year terms; expiring in December each year. The Budget Committee Consists of the Mayor, Council Members and 9 citizen members, listed below, appointed by Council; 3 year terms; expiring in December of each year.

The Airport Comimssion is 11 members appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by Council. Members are comprised of no more than 5 non-residents, 3 residing more than 20 miles from the city; 3 year terms; expiring in December of each year; 4 ex-officio members. (Ordinance No. 2493)
